BEND explores asymmetry through curved lines, articulation and suspended movement. A polished gold-toned hoop is disrupted by a micro-pavé cylinder from which a curved metal bar extends. Fine chains, small spheres and suspended elements create two different drops, allowing each earring to move independently. Steel accents interrupt the predominantly gold-toned structure, while the exposed joining points remain visible as part of the design rather than something to conceal. Deliberately mismatched, BEND uses variation in length, proportion and movement to create tension between the pair. Designed and hand-assembled in Spain in limited quantities. Long earring: approx. 7.2 × 2.6 cm; weight approx. 5.90 g. Short earring: approx. 5.5 × 2.6 cm; weight approx. 5.88 g.
