BLOCK turns structure, access and fastening into ornament. Interlocking chains in contrasting silver and gold tones build volume and texture around the neck, while removable lock and key pendants introduce a strong graphic accent. The piece is substantial and architectural, but the movement of the chains keeps the composition from feeling rigid. As in much of Kirei’s work, functional elements are brought to the foreground rather than concealed: links, closures and suspended components become part of the visual language of the piece. Produced in limited quantities and hand-assembled in Spain. Length: approx. 48 cm. Chain width: approx. 0.7–1 cm. Lock pendant: approx. 2.4 × 1.5 cm. Key pendant: approx. 2 × 0.8 cm.
